Take Your Next Best Step

With A Coach Who Cares

Yes, Please!

You are

  • Smart

  • Motivated

  • Ambitious

  • High Achieving

  • Busy (A Real “Doer”)

Both at work and at home. Striving for perfection or something damn close.

You are also

  • Tired

  • Harried at times

  • Fighting guilt

  • Full of doubt

  • Burdened by your Busy

When you are at home, your mind is on work and vice versa.

You have done well for yourself.
Your job, business, or career is well on its way to success.
You are in a relationship or know what you want in one.
You have a plan and are working it.

So why so much doubt? Why is contentment so elusive

If you have always thought that if you just: have the job grow your business make the money climb the ladder have the house, the kids, the dog... you would be happy and fulfilled... then why isn't any of it really satisfying?

You seek balance, but that's turning out to be a myth. Instead you find yourself buried in the

Burden of Busy

Burden of Busy. (You know, all the things that you do out of obligation that really end up being what keeps you from focusing on what is important and leads you to feeling overwhelmed.)

You've been to therapy, or at least considered it, but it took too much time, or wasn't the best fit. It definitely did not get the results you wanted.

How do I know all of this? The answer is not that I am stalking you, it’s because I can relate. Yeah, a real “been there, done that” scenario...

my professional journey

I come from a long line of farmers on my mother’s side and entrepreneurs on my father’s side, so when I left my short (seven years) stint in a large organization, my mother’s first words were, “what took you so long?”

While I knew that I did not want to take over the family business, I also was only clear on one thing when I went to college, that I wanted to help others. There was no grand plan of “what I wanted to be when I grew up”. So after a series of twists and turns, all including positions of service to others, I stopped fighting the Universe and all of it’s nudges and I went through the process to become a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in my state. That allowed me to legally do what people had been coming to me for years to do: guide them in dealing with their internal struggles that held them back from living their best lives.

In the middle of that transition from working for the school system to becoming an entrepreneur, I sold motorcycles and supported my family and their business while my Dad fought cancer.

As strong as the pull was to stay in the family business, my call to serve others was stronger and I opened my own private practice working exclusively with clients with anxiety and stress disorders.

That’s when I noticed that many of my clients responded better to an approach that was more coaching in nature than traditional therapy.

Those were the clients that took the wisdom and skills that I shared and put them into practice. Their lives moved forward with more joy and ease.

A Different Approach

Over the years my clients have included entrepreneurs, philanthropists, top professionals, dentists, doctors, authors, lawyers, business owners, and people who have a clearance level that makes it a good thing I know how confidentiality works!

People who are kick ass experts in their fields AND who found themselves feeling hijacked and held back by fear, anxiety, and doubt.

When we trace the origin of the tightness in their chest, feeling breathless (and not in a good way), and thoughts of "I don't know what I'm doing anymore", we find the I-Team* to be the mastermind behind the hijacking.
(*Your I-Team is made up of Isolation, Imposter Police, Inner Critic, Insecurity, and sometimes Introversion)

Together we bring in your A-Team (Acknowledgement, Acceptance, and Action) to demote the doubt and promote a new and much more powerful Inner Voice of Confidence (VoC), one that doesn't use your fears (or panic attacks) to control you!

If you are ready to retire your I-Team and promote your new Inner CEO, you will need someone to head your transition team.

That's where I come in!

What Other’s Are Saying…

My Personal Story

As far back as I can remember I was told that I was a good listener...and bossy!

If I had a nickel for every time someone responded “I never thought of it that way” when I shared my insight, well, I’d have enough nickels to do something big, like end world hunger!

Growing up in a family owned motorcycle and power equipment (generators and lawn mowers) business started by my parents two years before I was born was nothing short of... interesting.

My Dad used to joke about how he had raised a lot of boys (a reference to all of the young men who had been employees over the years), so when someone recently asked me if I was a tomboy growing up, it gave me pause.

While I was not a girly girl, I was also not a tomboy. While I could ride a motorcycle, I actually preferred having my nose stuck in a book!

Some days being different felt more like loneliness and confusion as I tried to figure out where I fit in with the “brainy” kids at school. I wasn’t the smartest kid in my class, but I was close.

Did I also mention that I was very empathic? The kind of sensitive that includes not being sure where your feelings stop and the feelings of those around you begin...

Being an empath is pretty overwhelming until you figure out how to deal with that particular gift!

Thankfully, over the years, I have had many mentors who helped me to embrace my gifts and to use them to bring harmony and understanding to others.

Growing up sensitive in a less than sensitive environment, I learned ways to survive and even thrive.

I got sassy.

The sass is what helped me survive in a sea of testosterone!

Somewhere along the way I realized that I wasn’t weird. I didn’t have to choose one aspect of my life over another. I could embrace it all.

I am an Original!

Listening well (not just to respond), intuition, and assertiveness are my Super Powers. Add that Sass and Sarcasm that I practiced until it was its own Art Form and Voila, here I am!

Guiding other Originals transform into the leaders they were born to be is my passion and purpose.

I do my best work with empaths entrepreneurs and purpose-fueled professionals who want to manage less and lead more. Those who aspire to do things their way, knowing that doing it differently is the true path to being the change in the world.

You aren’t there yet? That’s OK. You’ve read this far, so something about all of this is resonating.

Will the work include being vulnerable?

Yes AND together we will find your cache of courage and put fear, anxiety, guilt, shame, and doubt in their place (*hint - it’s not in your C-suite)!

It doesn't have to feel lonely at the top!
